Terms & Conditions TERMS &CONDITIONS The Client will ensure that guests arrive in time for their pre-scheduled Treatments. We will make every effort to accommodate any changes due to lateness but in such an event Zenses Holistic Therapies will have no liability for any loss of Treatment time. The Client is responsible for providing an accurate address and relevant contact details for the Event. Zenses Holistic Therapies will have no liability for any loss of Treatment time due to inaccurate address information. - All guests must fill out a consultation form before any treatment can be carried out. You will need to make the therapist aware of any medical history or any allergies.
Zenses Holistic Therapies reserves the right to refuse treatments where they feel the client is at risk. If this situation does occur then the therapist may be able to offer an alternative. If a client has a medical condition that we are not told about and suffers a reaction to a treatment we will not be held liable. Zenses Holistic Therapies shall not be liable to the client for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay suffered by the Client or Therapist. This exclusion shall extend (but not be limited) to the consequences of any act or omission (whether wilful, negligent, reckless, dishonest or otherwise) which takes place during the event on the part of the Therapist or the client. The client acknowledges that Zenses Holistic Therapies fees are set on the basis that it has no such liability. The Client will ensure that adequate room is provided as advised by Zenses Holistic Therapies in order for the Freelance Therapist to perform pre-scheduled Treatments. The Client will take all reasonable endeavors to ensure that guests limit the intake of alcoholic beverages prior to receiving Treatments. We require a smoke free enviroment in order to achive the full benefits. Zenses Holistic Therapies may refuse treatments to any client deemed to be behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, with no refund
PAYMENT
CANCELLATION
If the client cancels the pamper party with at least 7 days notice, they will be entitled to a refund of monies paid, excluding any deposits. If less than 7 days notice is received, 50% of the total cost of the pamper party will be paid, excluding any deposits. Refunds for individual treatments cannot be refunded if the treatment is cancelled with less than 7 days notice. It is suggested that any cancelled treatment time is shared between the remaining guests. If the pamper party is cancelled by Zenses Holistic Treatments then a full refund, including the deposits will be repaid.
PRIVACY
All personal information held by Zenses Holisitc Therapies will be treated as private and confidential and used solely by us and will not be disclosed to other parties.
